• Take 1/2 teaspoon of the niacinamide powder and dilute it with 10 drops of an ELAINE PERINE serum or water in the palm of your hand. Mix well.
• Gently apply the mixture to the face, avoiding the mouth and eye areas.
• A tingling sensation may occur when you first apply it. Once your skin becomes accustomed to niacinamide, you can gradually increase the frequency of use to once a day.
• Before applying to your face, test the mixture on a clean area of skin, such as the inside of your upper forearm. Wait at least 24 hours to ensure there is no adverse reaction.
• Always mix freshly before use.
